Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC is recruiting a Remote Software Developer 2 to join our USA-based team. This full-time role focuses on building UI with React, and working across the stack from database to integrations using TypeScript, .NET and Azure.

You will develop features, write tests, collaborate with leads, and mentor junior developers while following DevOps practices. The role offers a remote-friendly setup with travel up to 10% and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with JS, SQL and an OO language (preferably C#).
Knowledge of relational databases and basic application design.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and deployment environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Develop using C#/.NET Core, SQL, TypeScript with React and Azure.
Add new features and improve existing functionality with clean, well-documented code.
Write tests and documentation for evolving codebase.
Escalate issues and update lead developers on status as needed.
Refactor patterns or issues in existing code to improve quality.
Interact with full tech stack from database to UI and integrations.
Assist in task estimation during planning with senior staff.
Coordinate with QA and Support teams and assist with client issues.
Mentor junior developers and new hires.
Adhere to DevOps best practices and stay updated on new technologies.
Travel up to 10% annually.
