Capital Technology Group is hiring a remote Software Developer to join our USA-based team. The role focuses on frontend and backend work using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes, with strong API and cloud experience.

You’ll collaborate across engineering, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and product teams to build secure, scalable solutions. The position offers full-time employment with a salary range of $75k–$110k USD and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, and OpenJDK.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and DevSecOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
• Translate requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Build backend services and APIs using Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, and OpenJDK.
• Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.
