Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or web development experience.
• 2+ years leading engineers as a manager or technical lead.
• Proven SaaS, web, mobile, or cloud-based product delivery in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong technical foundation in C#/.NET, SQL, APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Azure.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development and managing modernization efforts.
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead one software team through planning, execution, delivery, release readiness, and support.
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineers via coaching, feedback, clear expectations, and growth plans.
• Partner with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into delivery plans, user stories, sequencing, capacity planning, and measurable outcomes.
• Remain technically engaged by guiding design discussions and reviewing code when needed.
• Strengthen engineering execution with Agile practices, testing, quality gates, and debt management.
• Serve as a cross-functional partner to Product, Operations, Security, and customer teams; resolve issues and align priorities.
• Build a culture of ownership, quality, trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
