ComplexCare Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Software Data Engineer, CCS, to contribute to data analytics, data operations, and software product development across the organization.

This remote role focuses on data refresh ETL, data structure development, and building APIs to support software development. You will work with a cross-functional team on diverse data types, delivering independent contributions and leadership across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.
• Expert knowledge of healthcare data formats such as FHIR, CMS files and/or X12/EDI claims processing (837I/837P).
• Strong ability to develop SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience in Python or other programming languages to develop scripts and APIs.
• Experience with Commercial Cloud (AWS, Azure) database tools.
• Experience with Databricks on Azure.

Aufgaben

• Triage production problems with the application support team and provide fixes.
• Collaborate with software engineering to test and validate upgrades.
• Coordinate with infrastructure to test patches and ensure production availability.
• Interact with the Command Center to manage incidents.
• Liaise with Operations, Networks and Database teams to resolve issues.
• Develop new processes to improve departmental efficiency and evangelize across the team.
• Research customer data questions and map requirements to data points.
• Handle customer data releases including packaging, validation, and documentation.
• Develop APIs to enable interaction with data sets from customer-facing tools.
