Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with software asset management & license compliance; ServiceNow experience preferred.
• IAITAM/CSAM certification (preferred) or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of software asset management lifecycle and governance across the organization.
• Coordinate license compliance activities, audits, and data integrity with stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization using accurate entitlement data.
