This role supports attorneys representing children and indigent parents in care and protection, child requiring assistance, and termination of parental rights cases.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience working with children and families, preferably in outreach.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to work remotely if needed.

Mansioni

• Interview clients and conduct home visits.
• Perform needs assessments, develop service plans, and refer clients to service providers.
• Develop linkages with local government agencies and service providers.
• Help attorneys prepare for litigation.
• Advocate for clients in a client-directed practice.
