HH Global Group seeks a seasoned Post-Producer to own the post-production pipeline for social video and motion assets. You will manage handoffs, versioning, asset organization, and platform-specific exports, collaborating with editors, designers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes technical fluency in post workflows and strong communication to coordinate sound, color, and motion finishing. This is a remote US-based contract through 2026-12-31 with extension potential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-production experience with social-first video/motion work.
• Strong fluency in post workflows, file management, versioning & platform delivery specs.
• Working knowledge of editing, color, and sound tools (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Experience managing post schedules within quick-turn production timelines.
• In-house brand or studio experience at a consumer tech/entertainment/lifestyle company preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted post or transcription/captioning tools preferred.
• Experience building or maintaining an asset management system.
• Experience as a point-of-contact for client stakeholders, marketing partners, and external vendors.
• Clear communicator who builds trust across creative and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-production pipeline from editor/designer handoff through final delivery.
• Manage versioning, file organization, and asset handoff across editors, designers, and exports.
• Coordinate sound design, color, and motion graphics finishing with the client team leads.
• Track post schedules and flag bottlenecks before delivery timelines.
• QC final assets against platform specs (aspect ratio, captions, safe zones).
• Maintain an organized asset archive and naming conventions.
• Explore AI-assisted post tools and integrate effective ones into workflow.
• Direct output timelines for editors/designers and oversee external vendors.
• Deliver platform-ready video/motion assets across formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube).
