No AI experience required; domain knowledge matters. Responsibilities include designing authentic evaluation tasks, creating artifacts, and producing extensive grading rubrics while maintaining rigor and transparency across deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a social science discipline.
• At least 2 years of hands-on survey design, qualitative coding, literature reviews, and statistics.
• Synthesizing diverse sources and constructing data artifacts.
• Strong methodological rigor and reproducible research practices.
• Experience developing or applying grading rubrics or evaluation guidelines.
• Proficient written English for technical research content.

Responsibilities

• Design and author authentic evaluation tasks reflecting real-world research scenarios.
• Source, synthesize, and create realistic research artifacts (surveys, coded data, stats).
• Define methodologies with clear, defensible interpretations.
• Write comprehensive 35+ item grading rubrics.
• Ensure tasks mirror complexity of advanced research work.
• Collaborate asynchronously with leads/reviewers to refine tasks and data.
