Lago is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our global Talent Marketplace. The role focuses on developing engaging content, building online communities, and turning analytics into winning strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Remote across multiple regions with a flexible US schedule. Open to negotiation based on expertise and experience in managing brands and campaigns.

Qualifications

2–4+ years of professional experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
Proven experience growing social media accounts organically across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook.
Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone, messaging and brand voice.
Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple brands or campaigns.
Proficiency with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer or similar).
Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and reporting.
Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging content.
Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).

Responsabilités

Develop and manage content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Monitor and engage with communities—responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
Analyze organic social performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Identify and capitalize on trending content formats, platform features, and cultural moments.
Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality social assets.
Develop and test content strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rates, and increase reach.
Manage influencer or creator relationships where applicable.
Brief and coordinate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing organic content.
Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new features, and social media best practices
