KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic social end to end for both brands. You will plan, create, publish daily content and adjust based on performance, with a focus on building a highly engaged community.

You will work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, remote environment. Must have 2+ years of hands-on organic social for a DTC or consumer brand, with a proven growth track record across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Hands-on content creation and publishing across platforms.
• Ability to grow and engage a multi-brand community.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout.
• Plan the weekly calendar and publish daily content across all platforms.
• Write hooks and captions, shoot and edit short-form video, create day-to-day graphics.
