Job summary

KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to own organic social for both brands across all channels. You will plan, create, publish daily content and use data to grow an active, engaged community.

You must have 2+ years of experience running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand, with personally created and published content, and you must write in native-level English. This is a fully remote, full-time role with potential to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand, with personally created and published content.
• Ability to show accounts grown and numbers moved.
• Native-level written English.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels.
• Plan the content calendar one week ahead per brand and platform.
• Create and publish daily: write hooks and captions, shoot and edit short-form video, design day-to-day graphics and stories.
• Spot trends daily and get trend content live the same day.
• Turn creator and UGC content into organic posts that perform.
• Run the community: respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
