KittySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout. You will plan, create, publish daily content, and use data to grow an engaged community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

You should personally produce the content, demonstrate a track record of growing accounts, and collaborate with a designer while shaping strategy and narrative for a premium DTC brand.

Qualifications

• Native-level written English.
• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC/consumer brand.
• You create and publish content yourself, not just approve it.
• Canva or Figma for graphics; basic video editing.
• You spot trends daily on TikTok/Instagram and adapt content.
• You read engagement metrics and adjust strategy weekly.

Responsabilités

• Own organic content strategy for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all social channels.
• Plan weekly content calendars per brand, ensuring timely trend content.
• Create, shoot, and publish daily posts; write hooks and captions; design graphics and stories.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Engage the community; respond to comments/DMs and maintain brand voice across platforms.
