MADI International is seeking a creative Social Media Executive to elevate our digital presence. This remote role from Lebanon requires coordinating across platforms, developing campaigns, and driving engagement while aligning with brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce on-brand visuals and copy, monitor analytics, and optimize paid campaigns. English fluency and Arabic are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years in social media management, ideally beauty, haircare, skincare or retail, in-house or agency.
• GCC market experience; understands regional audiences and cultural sensitivities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• Strong copywriting and eye for on-brand visuals.
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Snapchat and native analytics.
• Organized: manages multiple brands and calendars in parallel without missing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Assist in creating innovative campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and industry insights to keep strategies fresh and effective.
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and recommend improvements.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns, including content preparation and performance tracking.
