Job summary

Khibraty is seeking a remote Social Media Lead to own the company’s online presence across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms. You will translate complex AI/tech concepts into clear content and coordinate with our communications, product, and executive teams.

You will bring 4–6 years of social media experience in B2B tech or AI, and you should be comfortable working across time zones in a distributed team. Fluency in English is required and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, AI, or enterprise SaaS.
• Arabic fluency is a plus, not a checkbox.
• Strong English writing skills and the ability to adapt content for Western and MENA audiences.
• Experience with GCC markets and distributed/remote teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own client's social channels: strategy, content, cadence, and community across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Follow AI/tech news and move fast when relevant; know what to post and why.
• Create content that speaks to Western and MENA audiences, not an afterthought.
• Collaborate with comms, product, and exec teams to simplify complex ideas.
• Manage content calendars, assets, and launch pipelines.
• Track performance and base decisions on data, not vibes.
