Job summary

Assist World is seeking a remote Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to tackle a backlog of foundational e-commerce tasks and rebuild our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will plan, create, and schedule posts, engage audiences, and coordinate influencer partnerships while maintaining product listings and SEO.

Qualifications

• Proven social media content creation and copywriting for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Experience with influencer marketing and outreach platforms.
• Familiar with SEO and AI-assisted content review.
• Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and seller platforms.
• Organized and proactive with multitasking across projects.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day social media across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with daily posts.
• Plan and execute TikTok launch using training material.
• Source and manage influencer partnerships and product exchanges.
• Grow Reddit presence and coordinate external support if needed.
• Maintain online store and marketplace listings; ensure SEO and keywords.
• Review AI-generated blog content for brand alignment.
• Collaborate on new marketplace listings and repurpose content.
• Project-manage external vendors and track progress.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support and task follow-ups.
