Vanguard College Prep is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Content Coordinator to plan, create, and schedule daily engaging content across all social channels, crafting eye-catching visual and video assets and managing community interactions.

You will analyze post performance to drive growth, maintain the brand voice, and collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and launches, while adapting to trends and seasonal events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 2 years managing social media or creating digital content.
• Strong writing with clear CTAs and brand voice.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust content.
• Reliable internet and professional home workspace.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).

Responsabilités

• Create and curate engaging social content across channels.
• Script, film, and edit vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Design graphics and assets using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Draft captions and CTAs tailored to each platform's tone and audience.
• Maintain brand voice and visuals per guidelines.
• Plan editorial calendars and scheduling across platforms.
• Monitor community interactions and respond daily.
• Identify UGC and coordinate permissions for repurposing.
• Flag issues to leadership when needed.
• Track KPIs and compile reports with insights.
