Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, particularly within the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with e-commerce goals, focusing on driving traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), including copy, visuals, and videos.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience conversations, adapting strategies as needed.
• Analyze social media data and campaign performance, providing regular, insightful reports with actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build strong relationships with followers and potential customers.
