Qualifications

• Experienced in social media analytics, social listening, or digital insights.
• Proficient with social listening and analytics tools (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, or similar).
• Strong analytical thinker who can connect data points to business outcomes.
• Excellent written communicator — you can tell a compelling story with data.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and delivering insights on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze social listening data across major platforms to surface meaningful trends and audience behaviors
• Translate complex social data into clear, concise, and actionable insights reports for content and strategy teams
• Support content teams with data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and reach
• Identify shifts in audience sentiment, emerging topics, and competitor activity within the media, advertising, and entertainment landscape
• Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on social performance data
• Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams to ensure insights inform real decisions; Present findings in structured formats that are accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
