Job summary

Consensys is seeking a senior SOC Analyst to join a fully remote team protecting Linea mainnet, Lineth stack, and enterprise IT services. You will monitor, detect, and respond to threats across cloud and blockchain environments, using tools like Hypernative, Hexagate, and Blockaid.

You will develop detection rules, perform on-chain forensic analysis, and drive incident response while collaborating with DevOps, SRE, and security partners in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Security Operations, Detection Engineering, or Incident Response.
• Hands-on with AWS security services and enterprise IT platforms.
• Experience with Web3 security tools and on-chain monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate 24/7 monitoring and incident response across cloud and Web3 stacks.
• Develop detection rules and playbooks to detect credential compromise and anomalous activity.
• Lead triage, investigation, containment, and post-mortem analysis for incidents.
• Proactively hunt threats across system logs, cloud environments, and on-chain data.
• Automate containment and response using SOAR scripts and workflows.
• Maintain compliance documentation and security metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with DevOps and security partners on incident reviews.
