Consensys is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our security organization. You will architect, build, and operate a 24/7 monitoring ecosystem across enterprise IT SaaS, Linea mainnet, and Web3 protocols to detect and mitigate threats.

The role spans AWS, cloud SaaS, and on-chain security, requiring expertise with Hypernative, Hexagate, Blockaid, and SIEM/SOAR, plus strong scripting skills. Remote-first, with global teams and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in Security Operations, Detection Engineering, or Incident Response in cloud-native or Web3 environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring monitoring, threat detection, and incident analysis for AWS and enterprise IT platforms.
• Direct experience with Web3 security tools such as Hypernative, Hexagate, and Blockaid.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum, L2 architectures, ZK-rollups (Lineth stack, Besu, provers) and common smart contract vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in log management, Grafana, SIEM/SOAR, and scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash, SQL).
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, or SANS security frameworks.
• Strong communication and analytical skills in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and operate centralized log collection, SIEM integration, and incident response services across AWS and enterprise IT platforms.
• Monitor Linea mainnet and Lineth ZK rollup stack for real-time security threats and telemetry.
• Implement and tune real-time Web3 threat monitoring with Hypernative, Hexagate, and Blockaid.
• Lead incident response, triage, containment, and post-mortem analysis; conduct threat hunting.
• Develop automation for playbooks and improve detection rules to reduce false positives.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2 and ISO frameworks and prepare security metrics for leadership.
