Job summary

Unity Environmental University seeks Subject Matter Experts to revise online courses in Restorative Leadership and Collective Resiliency. Courses are delivered asynchronously in 5‑week terms, with applied projects connecting theory to practice.

SMEs collaborate with the program director and designer, bringing expertise in psychology, leadership, resilience, and systems thinking to develop curricula and harness AI tools for enhanced learning. This is a 1099 consulting role with remote work.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s minimum) in a related field.
• Experience with online teaching or distance learners is desirable.
• Ability to write clear student-facing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Revise courses in Restorative Leadership and Collective Resilience.
• Develop curricula with program director and learning designer.
• Collaborate to integrate AI tools for online courses.
• Support online program quality and learner success.
