Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Consultant to deliver quality consulting, project management and support services for SmartRecruiters implementations in a remote US setting. The role requires strong client-facing experience and a background in talent acquisition technology deployments.

The ideal candidate will understand recruitment processes, be proficient in MS Office and Smartsheet, and excel in a fast-paced consulting environment with a focus on change management and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent acceptable.
• 2+ years of client-facing experience in technology implementations.
• 2+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters required; Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.
• Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultant's role, while promoting industry best practices.
• Deliver high quality execution, completion rates, and maintain high client satisfaction on all engagements.
• Deliver effective change management strategies, including communications, testing and training programs.
• Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity.
• Engage in positive and pro-active communication with peers and colleagues, building effective relationships within and across the business.
• Apply talent acquisition strategies and concepts in organizations with diverse needs.
