Responsibilities

• Account management and marketing support for assigned clients.
• Coordinate renewal process with clients.
• Prepare specifications, negotiate pricing, and finalize policy conditions.
• Transmit policies and support invoicing and certificates.
• Prepare account proposals and explain coverage forms to clients.
• Manage services and expand accounts with the sales team.
