The role emphasizes hands-on support in cash flow, pricing, hiring, record-keeping, and readiness to borrow, delivered through trainings, webinars, and workshops as part of regional economic development efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 1 year in business ownership or growth roles.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in ownership or growth roles.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and operational assessments for small business clients.
• Develop scopes of services and actionable financial plans.
• Analyze financial data to guide decision-making.
• Build relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Maintain client documentation and support team collaboration.
