Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to a diverse K-12 student population in Michigan. This fully virtual role runs from ASAP through June 11, 2027, with a commitment of 20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate holds CCC, an active SLP license, and experience in school-based teletherapy; you will collaborate with onsite staff and use PowerSchools to access IEPs in a supportive, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Experience with teletherapy and telespeech service delivery methods.
• Previous work in school-based settings preferred.
• Comfort working with diverse populations, including multilingual and multi-religious students.
• Ability to adapt to virtual systems and collaborate effectively with onsite personnel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual speech-language pathology services aligned with students’ IEPs.
• Collaborate with onsite staff who assist in pulling and monitoring students during sessions.
• Utilize the PowerSchools system to access IEP information; training on this platform will be provided.
• Develop and maintain student schedules ensuring effective service delivery.
• Support a culturally and linguistically diverse student body, many of whom are first-year English language learners with various dialects of Arabic.
