Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality telehealth services to students under IEP goals. This is a 1099 independent contractor role that is fully remote and follows the school district calendar.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state SLP license and an active ASHA certification.
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context.
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private workspace.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging telehealth speech-language pathology services.
• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with district requirements.
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress.
