The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 21 CRH Sleep program seeks a Physician - Sleep Deputy Chief for a remote role. You will support the Sleep Section Chief to ensure high-quality CRH Sleep services across facilities and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities include clinical reviews, telehealth visits, care coordination, and prescribing within scope. The role emphasizes leadership, team collaboration, and adherence to CRH policies.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming consults to determine care via CRH program
• Conduct telehealth visits (video and asynchronous)
• Coordinate care with home facility and CRH
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of sleep disorders
• Order, administer and interpret tests
• Prescribe medications within scope
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families
• Participate in interprofessional chart reviews and team meetings
