Job summary

Qualifications

• Board-certified with eligibility for full unrestricted medical licensure in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Research & Development program.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, and program management within R&D Service.
• Ensure HRPP compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Guide academic affiliations and appointment processes with partner institutions.
• Coordinate with clinical services and admin programs to ensure continuity of research.
