Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Skip Tracer for MVRecovery. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in the United States and involves locating assets for defaulted loans using MVConnect systems, databases, and careful outreach to lenders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, strong typing (40 wpm+), and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; automotive or collections experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of related skip tracing or collections experience.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.

Aufgaben

• Work within MVConnect’s system of record (SOR).
• Utilize approved databases and internet searches to locate collateralized assets.
• Assign collateral for recovery using MVConnect approved client vendors.
• Process updates to lenders according to client requirements.
• Track collateral recovery and ensure vendor performance in the field.
• Make calls to locations or clients to determine collateral location.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and clear communication.
