Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Skincare Specialist for a fully remote role, serving clients across the United States. You will guide clients through personalized skincare routines, product selection, and address specific concerns via virtual consultations, leveraging dermatology knowledge to achieve healthy, radiant skin.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in skincare roles, holds an esthetician or dermatology-related certification, and excels in virtual communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Skincare Specialist, esthetician, or dermatologist assistant.
• Certified in skincare or related esthetician programs.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and effective treatment protocols.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with telecommunication platforms and skincare management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual skin assessments and provide personalized skincare recommendations.
• Educate clients on proper product application, ingredient benefits, and skincare routines.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding skin health, product concerns, and treatment options via email, chat, and video calls.
• Track client progress and provide follow-up support to ensure satisfaction and optimal results.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on existing and new skincare lines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, industry trends, and scientific advancements in dermatology.
