Placements24 is seeking a Remote Skincare Consultant & Product Educator to join their virtual beauty division. You will conduct virtual consultations, offer personalized skincare recommendations, and educate clients on product ingredients and usage to drive loyalty and brand advocacy.

The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for skincare science, and the ability to create engaging online content while supporting customers across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of skincare, esthetics, or dermatology experience with knowledge of ingredients and formulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proven experience in client consultation and customer service.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools and virtual platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess skin type, concerns, and goals.
• Provide personalized skincare product recommendations and routines.
• Educate clients on ingredients, usage, and skincare science.
• Develop online content like tutorials and Q&A sessions to promote product knowledge.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and video conferencing in a timely manner.
• Track client feedback and provide insights to product teams for improvements.
