Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based work with U.S. clients. You will be embedded with client teams, owning production reliability, incident response, and observability.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, or backend engineering.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Experience owning production reliability, incident response, on-call operations, and service availability.
Strong background with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, including Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), compute, networking, and managed services.
Proven experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Datadog, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Integrate directly into client teams and work alongside their designers and engineers on a daily basis.
Maintain and improve production reliability, incident response, and on-call processes.
Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation to optimize deployment and reliability.
