Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in clinical research or health-related field.
• 3+ years of clinical research experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Aptitude in learning new computer systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility assessments and evaluate site capability for studies.
• Coordinate essential documents for regulatory submissions and site activation.
• Monitor site performance and ensure ICH/GCP compliance and subject safety.
• Maintain TMF documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Track milestones, enrollment, and study metrics across systems.
• Collaborate with project teams and provide training to SMA or junior staff.
