Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements (GCP, FDA, HIPAA).
Experience with trial management systems and data handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor assigned clinical sites and studies for quality and compliance.
Conduct monitoring visits via onsite, remote, or hybrid methods and document findings.
Perform SDR/SDV according to study requirements and maintain study documentation.
Review monitoring plans and trial documents to ensure protocol adherence.
Support TMF maintenance, site feasibility, and risk management activities.
