Job summary

UBC is seeking a Site Management Associate II to support site recruitment, feasibility assessments, and remote monitoring. The role involves training sites, managing regulatory submissions, and ensuring TMF readiness in line with FDA/ICH guidelines.

You will track milestones, maintain relationships with sites, and collaborate with project teams to ensure compliant study conduct and data integrity across the trial lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical research/health industry experience.
• 3+ years of clinical research experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Aptitude for learning new computer systems and tools.
• Flexibility and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates problem solving and leadership potential.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead site recruitment feasibility and relevance assessments.
• Coordinate remote monitoring visits and site training.
• Review and manage essential documents for regulatory submissions.
• Maintain TMF in compliance with FDA/ICH guidelines and SOPs.
• Track study milestones and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with PMs and QA to ensure protocol adherence.
