Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Lead, FSP, Korea (remote) to oversee CTA negotiations, finalization, and execution for assigned studies. Qualifications

• BS degree in life sciences or health-related field.
• Experience in CRO/pharma industry and site start-up preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of regulations, drug development and clinical project management procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA) at a study level and drives CTA finalization and execution, including language, terms, financial attachments and budgets.
• Provides oversight of CTA negotiations status and escalates budgetary/contractual queries to sponsor decision-makers.
• Acts as first-line subject matter expert for CTA elements for internal and sponsor stakeholders.
• Plans contract execution strategy for assigned studies and coordinates with internal teams to align CTA with study start-up plans.
• Coordinates communications between study teams and global negotiators, participating in regular study calls.
• Works with Sponsor to prepare site contractual templates and negotiation parameters within Company standards.
• Establishes relationships with Sponsor to ensure templates fit global program strategy.
• Maintains document status reports and updates department tools and team members.
• Collaborates with legal, finance and clinical operations on budget and contract issues.
• May support help desks and deescalation pathways; minimal travel up to 25%.
