Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Site Navigator in the United States to coordinate site-level activities during the start-up and maintenance phases of clinical studies. You will ensure regulatory compliance and smooth progression from feasibility through site activation, working with sponsor, CRO, and site staff.

You will identify suitable sites, conduct outreach, manage essential documents, and support IRB/IEC submissions, TMF readiness, and contract/budget discussions with sites.

Qualifications

• University/College degree (life science preferred) or certification in related allied health profession or 2-3 years' clinical research experience with ICH/GCP/RA knowledge.
• Fortrea may consider equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• In lieu of above, 5 years' clinical research experience with strong ICH/GCP/RA/IRB/IEC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activation tasks per ICH/GCP, local regulations, SOPs and project needs, collaborating with leadership and monitors.
• Identify potential sites aligned with study criteria and assess capabilities and resources.
• Conduct initial site outreach, engage sites, collect Confidentiality Agreements and feasibility surveys.
• Manage site-level activities with independent judgment to support timelines and compliance.
• Support site initiation visits preparation and documentation with vendors and study leads.
