Fortrea Inc. is seeking a Site Navigator to coordinate site-level activities during study start-up and potential closeout. You will serve as the single point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth progression from feasibility to site activation.

You will identify suitable sites, conduct outreach and feasibility surveys, manage documentation, and support site staff and CRO teams while maintaining audit readiness and study timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in clinical research or related field.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP, RA, IRB/IEC regulations preferred.
• Ability to communicate with site staff, CRO and regulatory authorities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee site activation tasks per ICH/GCP and local regulations.
• Identify feasible research sites and assess capabilities.
• Lead site outreach, feasibility surveys, and confidentiality collection.
• Manage site-level activities and resolve issues to support timelines.
• Coordinate pre-study visits, grant documentation, and site selection.
• Support translation of consent forms and patient materials.
• Ensure TMF readiness and regulatory compliance throughout start-up.
