Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Site Navigator to coordinate site-level activities during the start-up and possibly closeout phases of clinical studies. You will serve as the primary contact for investigative sites and support regulatory submissions, TMF readiness, and site documentation.

The role requires a life science degree or equivalent clinical research experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of ICH/GCP; remote-based work with onsite travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Requires university/college degree in life sciences or related allied health field or 2–3 years' clinical research experience with knowledge of ICH/GCP, RA, IRB/IEC regulations.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication; regulatory and contract/budget negotiation experience is preferred.
• Candidates with a high school diploma and 5+ years' clinical research experience will be considered as an alternative basis for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activation tasks ensuring adherence to ICH/GCP and local regulations.
• Identify suitable research sites and assess capabilities and resources.
• Lead site outreach, collect feasibility data, and manage site engagement activities.
• Support study team meetings and develop action plans for at-risk sites.
• Assist in site initiation visits, including distribution of study materials and documents.
• Oversee TMF readiness and regulatory document management.
