Parexel is seeking a Site Activation Leader to join our remote team. You will provide planning and oversight for clinical trial site initiation, coordinating feasibility, activation, and study timelines across multiple studies and therapeutic areas.

Ideal candidates have a life sciences degree and 4–7 years in clinical research operations with site activation leadership, plus strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder communication skills. This role offers remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in clinical research operations with site activation leadership.
• Proven experience leading site activation teams and processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in clinical research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activation planning and strategy for assigned clinical studies.
• Develop and manage the study critical path plan and activation milestones.
• Monitor progress and resolve activation risks with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with project management, site activation teams, and clinical operations leadership.
