Jobgether SRL is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager based in the United States for a remote role overseeing leases, zoning, and permitting for large-scale telecom and data center projects nationwide.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, negotiate with landowners and authorities, interpret title reports and site plans, and use PM tools like OneVizion while traveling as required to support project delivery and uphold safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• 10–12+ years of experience in traditional telecom site acquisition and ILA.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting and local approvals.
• Proven lease/easement negotiation with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple site pipelines and deadlines.
• Proficient in reading title reports, surveys, and site plans.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of zoning, permitting, and approval processes.
• Negotiate leases, easements, and land agreements with landlords and authorities.
• Manage leasing, zoning, permitting for wireline ILA sites.
• Understand ILA processes and required approvals.
• Oversee a high-volume site pipeline with deadlines and dependencies.
• Build relationships with landowners, legal, engineering, and construction teams.
• Read and interpret title reports, surveys, and site plans.
• Ensure documentation compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate to solve site acquisition challenges and keep projects moving.
• Support departmental objectives and safety culture.
