Job summary
Loenbro, LLC is seeking a SIP Estimator (Scaffolding, Insulation & Painting) to join our Pre-construction team. You will develop accurate, competitive estimates for complex industrial projects up to $25M, overseeing quantity takeoffs, labor and material pricing, and risk assessment.
Interpret coating and insulation specs, scaffold plans, and drawings to build detailed cost models; lead bid reviews, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5+ years in industrial construction estimating
- Experience with Accubid, HCSS HeavyBid, or similar software
- Ability to read coating specifications, insulation details, and scaffold drawings
- OSHA/ SSPC/AMPP standards familiarity is preferred
Responsibilities
- Estimate projects up to $25M with self-perform scope
- Validate quantity take-offs and input into estimating software
- Apply cost analysis and contingency planning for risk
- Lead pre-bid meetings and bid reviews
- Review RFIs and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Create detailed price proposals and execution plans
