Job summary

Corps Solutions seeks a Simulations Analyst to support Navy NECF training with live and synthetic comms. You will integrate simulation hardware/software, operate sims, and guide collaboration tools across NCTE and GCCS environments.

The role requires five years of DoD exp, strong problem solving, and clear communication. Telework is allowed; occasional travel and secret clearance are required. Salary sits around $75k–$82k.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of active-duty U.S. military service in expeditionary communications.
• Experience with GCCS-Joint and MTWS or equivalents like JSAF/JCATS/OneSAF.
• Recent LVC training support experience with Naval/DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain simulation workstations and networks for events.
• Provide technical guidance on collaboration tools (NCTE, CENTRIXS, GCCS, DCS).
• Support live, virtual, and constructive training integrating C4I systems.
• Assist in research and integration of C4I systems and equipment.
• Serve in EXCON roles such as lead, assessor, MSEL manager as needed.
• Provide curriculum/instruction as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
