Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Remote SharePoint Migration Consultant to lead the assessment, planning, and migration of legacy SharePoint applications to Microsoft 365. This full-time contract role offers $50.00–$63.00 per hour and 100% remote work.

Responsibilities include migration strategy, design and implementation, Power Apps and Power Automate where appropriate, PowerShell automation, testing, deployment, and governance to ensure secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating on‑prem SharePoint to SharePoint Online / M365.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, development or migration projects.
• Hands‑on experience moving content from SharePoint Server to Online & M365.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint architecture.
• Familiar with security, identity management, IA and records management.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing SharePoint apps, workflows, forms, and integrations for migration readiness.
• Develop migration strategies, standards, and best practices for SharePoint Online and M365.
• Design, build, and implement migration and modernization solutions using Power Apps/Automate where appropriate.
• Create automation and scripts with PowerShell and approved migration platforms.
• Establish testing, validation, QA, and deployment procedures for migrated apps.
• Provide technical leadership to stakeholders, teams, and IT leadership.
• Document migration designs, standards, and transfer materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk in future migrations.
