Job summary

BigHat Biosciences is seeking an experienced SharePoint Development Consultant to design, build, and configure program management infrastructure for our drug development organization. This is a remote, project-based contract engaging with Operations and Program Management teams to streamline document review and approvals for regulated workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience designing SharePoint sites for program management in biotech or regulated health sciences.
• Hands-on Power Automate configuration within SharePoint.
• Familiarity with IND authoring pipelines or FDA submission workflows.
• Knowledge of access controls and regulatory compliance in document management.

Responsibilities

• Design and build SharePoint program management landing pages for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Integrate Smartsheet data feeds into SharePoint pages for real-time risk visibility.
• Configure document control workflows with authors, reviewers, and adjudicators for IND submissions.
• Create automated review and adjudication routing for IND documents.
• Manage access controls and library permissions in a regulated environment.
• Provide SharePoint site administration and knowledge transfer at project end.
