Job summary

BigHat Biosciences is seeking an experienced SharePoint Development Consultant to design, build, and configure SharePoint-based program management infrastructure for our drug development organization. This is a project-based contract engagement, performed remotely through project completion.

You will partner with Operations and Program Management to create document control workflows, SharePoint sites, and Power Automate automations that replace email-based reviews, with a focus on IND-related

Qualifications

• Experience designing SharePoint sites for program management in biotech or regulated health environments.
• Proficiency with Power Automate workflows within SharePoint.
• Experience with IND submissions or FDA regulatory workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build SharePoint program management landing pages for documentation, risk communications, and actions.
• Integrate Smartsheet outputs into SharePoint to provide real-time visibility into risks and actions.
• Configure document control workflows using SharePoint and Power Automate for IND submissions.
• Develop automated review/invoice routing for IND documents, replacing email chains.
• Manage access controls and library permissions for a regulated environment.
• Provide SharePoint site administration and user access support as needed.
• Lead knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders at project completion.
• Explore options for Microsoft 365 Copilot or SharePoint AI features.
