The role involves managing customer relationships throughout the settlement process, reviewing and entering contracts into the CRM, and aiding property marketing efforts. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in the settlement/title industry, strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000/year, inclusive of base and bonus.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure acquisitions are processed timely for market readiness.
Act as a representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into CRM.
Manage relationships with title companies for timely settlements.
Assist with property marketing, including ordering pictures and listings.
Partner with the construction department for project completion.
Aid in the company's geographic expansion.
Sign closing documents.
