Job summary

A national home-buying company is seeking a remote Settlement Coordinator to manage property acquisitions and settlements. You will ensure timely processing of contracts, manage relationships with title companies, and assist in property marketing. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in the title industry and strong communication skills. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $75,000 annually, as well as a strong company culture and nationwide expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed quickly for market readiness.
• Act as a customer representative during settlements.
• Review contracts and ensure proper CRM entry.
• Manage relationships with title companies.
• Assist with property marketing and staging.
• Partner with construction for project completion.
• Assist in expansion into new areas.
• Sign closing documents.
