The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in the settlement or title industry, excellent communication, and computer skills. You will manage customer relationships, review contracts, and assist with property marketing. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a range of $50,000-$75,000 per year, alongside a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely processing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and title companies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of acquisitions.
• Act as a representative during the settlement process.
• Review contracts and ensure proper data entry into the CRM.
• Manage relationships with title companies.
• Assist with property marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the construction department on project completion.
• Support expansion into new geographic markets.
• Sign closing documents.
