Job summary

Siemens Government Technologies seeks a self-driven Services Portfolio Program Manager to lead a multi-project program delivering Digital Enterprise Solutions and business outcomes. You will coordinate Sales, Presales, Services Management, and the customer to realize value and align priorities for complex delivery.

The SPgM will own governance, manage dependencies, and drive programs of large size with accountability for risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment. 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering/tech field.
• Ten years in a program or project leadership role.
• Knowledge of services business admin functions: setup, contracts, reporting, billing.
• Experience with Department of Defense projects, contracts, policies.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams including services delivery and PM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex issues to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the program, guiding a portfolio of deliveries to achieve the vision.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive value realization for outcomes.
• Establish and govern program governance with customer and internal teams.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, and schedules across projects.
• Oversee lifecycle: risks, opportunities, changes, and budget across the program.
• Lead and develop program staff and manage external partners.
• Monitor contract delivery, performance, and revenue recognition.
